Payment Methods
Domain Good accepts payments from you in the following different ways -
* Credit Cards (Visa/MasterCard/Amex/Discover)
* PayPal
* WebMoney
* Other Offline Payment Options
Credit Cards (Visa/MasterCard/Amex/Discover)
We accept all four major credit card providers: MasterCard, Visa, American Express and Discover. Your payment will be automatically deducted every billing cycle (typically every 30 days from the date of purchase). If for some reason your card fails, we will send you an email notifying you to update your credit card on file and pay the past due invoice.
How to make a one-time payment: Movie tutorial
* Please sign in at Out Clint Billing systems
* Once signed in, click My Finance and click the number [1] next to Total Now Due.
* Click the invoice number and you will see a full page invoice.
* In the top right, click Pay Online.
You will get a credit card box to fill out and submit, but this information will NOT be saved for future payments.
How to update your credit card.
Simply sign in at Out Clint Billing systems and at the top, under My Finances, click Update Credit Card. Before you submit the change, be sure to place your billing password in the last blank (the same password which you just used to login to the billing tool.) This information will be saved for future payments.
Note:
* For every VISA / Master Card Payment, a 2.40% processing fee would be deducted by the bank through which the transaction takes place. The Charge appearing on your Credit Card Statement would display "Domain Good LLC."
* For every Amex / Discover Payment our system will deduct a fee of 30 cents plus 2.2% – 3.2% (depending on your issuing bank) per transaction. The Charge appearing on your Credit Card Statement would display "Domain Good "
PayPal
You could start using PayPal to add funds to your Customer/Reseller Account immediately on signup.
Verified PayPal A/C Holders:
We encourage all our Customer/Resellers who choose PayPal to add funds, to use only a Verified PayPal Account. Using a Verified PayPal Account does not require any verification from our end. What's more, the funds get credited to your Customer/Reseller Account instantly, without you having to raise a Support Ticket or send us any documentation!
Unverified PayPal Account:
Though we encourage only Verified PayPal Accounts, there might be times when you need to urgently Add Funds to your Account and can't wait to Verify with PayPal. In such cases, we can use the QuickAuth Process which will authorize the particular Unverified PayPal Account Transaction.
The following is the QUICKauth process:
* Fill in the Unverified Paypal Payment Form on your Letterhead
* Send across a photo identification document
You can send us both these documents using any of the below options:
* If you have a Paypal Account in an individual's name, you need to submit any of the following documents:
o Valid Drivers license
o Passport
o Military ID
* If you have a Paypal Account in a company's name, you need to submit any of the following documents:
o Utility Bill (could be also used if the PayPal Account Holder Name is a Company/Corporation, provided this document mentions the Company/Corporation Name)
o Article of Incorporation (could be used only if the PayPal Account Holder Name is a Company/Corporation, provided this document mentions the Company/Corporation Name)
* Scan the Documents
o Photo Identification
o Duly filled Unverified Paypal Payment Form
o Create a Support Request under the "Billing: Funds Remittance" category and attach the documents to that
* Mail the Documents
o On sending the documents, you will need to Create a Support Request under the "Billing: Funds Remittance" category with the details.
Our Billing Team will process your Fax Form and authorize payment via your Unverified Paypal Account between 4.30 a.m. GMT and 1.30 p.m. GMT on all week days.
Please make sure you mention the following details in the Support Request:
* Customer/Reseller Username
* Name
In case you have already made the Payment through your Unverified Account, then you also need to mention the following details in your Support Request:
* Date of Payment
* Transaction Description
* Amount
Note:
* Domain Good's QUICKauth service authenticates your unverified PayPal Account only for that particular Domain Good transaction. This service does not convert your Unverified PayPal Account to a Verified PayPal Account. Please get in touch with PayPal to get your PayPal Account verified, since PayPal verification would be a 'one-time' process.
* All transactions for Adding Funds to your Advance Account via PayPal will be credited to your account, after deducting the PayPal Transaction Fees at actual.
o Fees for receiving payments from buyers outside the United States is 2.9% + USD 0.30
o Fees for receiving payments from buyers within the United States is 1.9% + USD 0.30
(USD 0.30 being the Flat Fee that is charged for payments in U.S. Dollars)
* If you pay us via PayPal you will see "Domain Good", our payment collection agency, as the beneficiary on the PayPal page.
WebMoney
You can also use WebMoney to add funds to your Customer/Reseller Account.

Please note that Transaction Charges (0.8%) will apply on all Refunds.

Refund
We're sorry to see you go. If we can do anything to make it better, please let us know.
To get the 30 day money-back guarantee, please cancel your account within the first 30 days of purchase. We will try refund you the same day we get the request; however, please allow up to 15 days for your credit card or PayPal to show the refund.
Salient points about the refund process:
* A Customer/Reseller is entitled to a refund of any unused portion of his account balance within 2 week after applying for it.
* Domain Good will not be responsible for any differences in the refund due to Fluctuation in International Currency rates.
* Your refund will be processed via the same payment mode through which the payment was received in the first instance.
WebMoney Refunds
In order to get a Refund for funds added via WebMoney, you will need to create a Support Request under the "Billing: Funds Remittance" category. Please specify your WMID, Purse Number, Account Username/Email ID, Company Name, Date of Transfer and the Amount of Transfer while creating a Ticket.
Please note that Transaction Charges (0.8%) will apply on all Refunds.
The charge for domain name renewal/registration is non-refundable as you own the domain name for the paid term. Please understand that this is not simply because we refuse to issue a refund. Domain name renewal/registration is irreversible, making any money paid for the domain name non-refundable.
