10Corp – AI Terms of Use
1. Overview
These AI Terms of Use govern your access and use of AI products, features, services, and tools provided by 10Corp or its affiliates (“AI Services”). They apply in addition to 10Corp’s Universal Terms of Service Agreement, Global Privacy Notice, Data Processing Addendum, and any applicable product-specific terms.
2. Content
Your Content
- You may provide input to the AI Services (“Input”) and receive results generated from your Input (“Output”). Together, these are referred to as “Content.”
- You are responsible for ensuring your Content complies with all applicable laws and these AI Terms of Use.
- 10Corp and its affiliates own all rights, titles, and interests in the AI Services.
- You retain ownership of your Input and any Output you receive, to the extent permitted by law. 10Corp assigns to you all rights, titles, and interests in the Output it may have.
- You represent and warrant that you have all necessary rights, licenses, and permissions to provide Input to the AI Services.
Use of Content
- 10Corp may use Content to:
- Operate, maintain, and improve its Services.
- Comply with applicable laws and enforce its policies.
- Market and advertise its Services.
- Enhance security and prevent misuse.
- AI-generated Output may not always be accurate or reliable. You should not rely on it as a sole source of factual information or professional advice.
- 10Corp does not verify the accuracy, bias, or intellectual property clearance of Content. It makes no guarantees regarding the reliability or legality of AI-generated Output.
Your Responsibilities
By using the AI Services, you agree:
- AI-generated Output may contain errors, inaccuracies, or biased information.
- You must independently verify Output before using or sharing it, including through human review when necessary.
- You must not use AI-generated Output to make critical decisions about individuals, such as those related to credit, employment, housing, medical care, or legal matters.
- Output generated for different users may be similar or identical.
- AI Services may include technology from third-party providers. You authorize 10Corp and its providers to use your Input to deliver AI Services, prevent misuse, and enhance machine learning models.
3. Termination and Suspension
10Corp reserves the right to suspend or terminate your access to AI Services if:
- You violate these AI Terms of Use.
- Compliance with the law requires it.
- Your usage creates risk or harm to 10Corp, its users, or others.
4. Disclaimers
- YOU SPECIFICALLY ACKNOWLEDGE AND AGREE THAT OUTPUTS OF THE AI SERVICES HAVE NOT BEEN REVIEWED FOR ACCURACY, BIAS, EXPLAINABILITY OR INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY RIGHTS CLEARANCE. 10Corp MAKES NO REPRESENTATION, WARRANTY OR GUARANTEE AS TO THE ACCURACY, RELIABILITY, OR ERROR-FREE PERFORMANCE OF THE AI SERVICES, INCLUDING (WITHOUT LIMITATION) WHETHER OUTPUTS MAY INFRINGE, MISAPPROPRIATE OR VIOLATE ANY THIRD-PARTY INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY RIGHTS.
- YOU ACCEPT AND AGREE THAT ANY USE OF OUTPUTS FROM OUR AI SERVICE IS AT YOUR SOLE RISK AND YOU WILL NOT RELY ON OUTPUT AS A SOLE SOURCE OF TRUTH OR FACTUAL INFORMATION, OR AS A SUBSTITUTE FOR PROFESSIONAL ADVICE.
- YOU SHOULD SEEK INDEPENDENT PROFESSIONAL ADVICE BEFORE YOU RELY ON ANY OUTPUT GENERATED BY THE AI SERVICES.
5. Limitation of Liability
- IN NO EVENT SHALL 10CORP, ITS OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, AGENTS, OR ANY THIRD-PARTY SERVICE PROVIDERS, BE LIABLE TO YOU OR ANY OTHER PERSON OR ENTITY FOR ANY DIRECT, INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, PUNITIVE, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES WHATSOEVER, INCLUDING ANY THAT MAY RESULT FROM ANY OUTPUTS CREATED USING THE AI SERVICES.
- IN ADDITION, YOU SPECIFICALLY ACKNOWLEDGE AND AGREE THAT IN NO EVENT SHALL 10CORP’S TOTAL AGGREGATE LIABILITY EXCEED $1,000.00 U.S. DOLLARS.
- THE FOREGOING LIMITATION OF LIABILITY SHALL APPLY TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW AND SHALL SURVIVE ANY TERMINATION OR EXPIRATION OF THIS AGREEMENT OR YOUR USE OF THIS SITE, THE AI SERVICES OR ANY OTHER SERVICES FOUND AT THIS SITE.
By using 10CORP’s AI Services, you acknowledge and agree to these terms.
