10Corp – Trademark/Copyright Infringement Policy  

1. Introduction & Purpose

10Corp.com, LLC (“10Corp”) is committed to protecting intellectual property rights. Whether you are the holder of a trademark, service mark, or copyright, 10Corp provides a process to address infringement concerns. This policy outlines how trademark and copyright claims are handled, including domain name disputes, auctions, and counterclaims.

2. Domain Name Dispute Claims

For disputes related to domain name registrations, please refer to the Uniform Domain Name Dispute Resolution Policy (UDRP). Disputes over domain registrations should be directed to:

  • The registrant of the domain
  • An ICANN-approved arbitration provider
  • The court system

This policy provides a process for reporting intellectual property violations related to 10Corp’s services, including 10Corp Auctions and Premium Domain Names.

A. Trademark Claims

To submit a trademark claim, the Complaining Party must:

  1. Submit a claim via:
  2. Provide the following details:
    • Registered trademark details (registration number, jurisdiction)
    • Owner’s contact information (name, address, phone)
    • Description of infringement (where/how it is occurring)
    • Evidence of 10Corp’s involvement (e.g., the domain name, marketplace listing)
    • Certification of good faith belief (signed under penalty of perjury)

Upon receiving a complete trademark claim, 10Corp may temporarily remove or restrict access to the disputed content and notify the alleged infringer. If a claim is deemed valid, content may be permanently removed or accounts suspended.

To submit a copyright claim, the Complaining Party must:

  1. Submit a claim via:
    • Online Form: Copyright Claim Form (Recommended for faster processing)
    • Email: [email protected] (Subject: “Copyright Claim”)
    • Mail: Copyright Agent, 10Corp, 100 S. Mill Ave, Tempe, AZ 85281 USA
  2. Provide the following details:
    • Identification of copyrighted work (title, registration, URL if applicable)
    • Identification of infringing material (URL, screenshots, or descriptions)
    • Contact details of the Complaining Party
    • Statement of good faith belief (signed under penalty of perjury)

Upon receipt of a valid copyright claim, 10Corp may temporarily remove or disable access to the infringing content while an investigation is conducted.

4. Counter Notification Policy

If you believe your content was removed in error, you may submit a Counter Notification by emailing [email protected] or [email protected] with:

  • Electronic signature of the alleged infringer
  • Identification of removed content (URL, description, etc.)
  • Statement of good faith belief (that the removal was a mistake)
  • Consent to jurisdiction (Arizona or relevant judicial district)

10Corp will notify the Complaining Party and may restore access within 10-14 business days unless legal action is taken.

5. Repeat Infringer Policy

10Corp may terminate accounts of users who repeatedly violate trademark or copyright laws. Factors considered include:

  • Multiple verified infringement claims
  • Failure to comply with the Counter Notification process
  • History of violations

10Corp is not a court and does not adjudicate intellectual property disputes. This policy applies solely to 10Corp’s services and does not override the UDRP or legal proceedings.
