1. Introduction

Promotional offers (“Promotional Offers”) are made available by Web Services LLC (“Domain Good”) in accordance with our standard Terms and Conditions (“10Corp Terms”) and these specific Promotional Offer Terms.

Each Promotional Offer applies to a specific subscription plan (the “Service”) as advertised. If there is any conflict between these Promotional Offer Terms and the 10Corp Terms, these Promotional Offer Terms will take precedence.

2. Details of the Promotional Offer

Each Promotional Offer provides access to the advertised Service under the following conditions:

  • Pricing: The offer price (if any) will be as stated in the promotion.
  • Promotional Period: The offer is valid for an introductory period, as specified in Section 5.
  • Activation: The offer becomes active upon successful submission of valid payment details accepted by Domain Good.

By signing up for a Promotional Offer, you:

  1. Confirm your acceptance of the advertised Promotional Offer.
  2. Agree to abide by these Promotional Offer Terms.
  3. Acknowledge and accept the Domain Good Terms.
  4. Consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as outlined in our Privacy Policy.

Note: Unless otherwise stated, Promotional Offers do not include access to third-party products or services.

3. Eligibility Requirements

To qualify for a Promotional Offer, users must meet the following criteria (each an “Eligible User”):

  • New Subscribers: You must be a new customer who has never subscribed to the Service or used a free trial, unless explicitly stated otherwise.
  • Returning Subscribers: If an offer is available to past subscribers, your previous subscription must have expired before the advertised date.
  • Valid Payment Method: You must provide a current and valid payment method approved by Domain Good.
  • Additional Requirements: Other conditions may apply as specified in the offer details.

Each user may redeem a Promotional Offer only once. If you have previously taken advantage of the same offer, you are not eligible for another redemption.

4. Offer Availability

Promotional Offers must be redeemed before the advertised expiration date (if any).

10Corp reserves the right to:

  • Modify, suspend, or terminate any Promotional Offer at any time.
  • Decline Promotional Offer enrollments at its sole discretion.
  • Limit discounts to 10 products per customer. Any purchases exceeding this limit will be charged at full price.

This is to prevent the misuse of promotional activities and ensure fairness.

5. Promotional Period and Cancellation

Each Promotional Offer is valid for the specific Promotional Period advertised.

  • Automatic Renewal: Unless you cancel before the Promotional Period ends, your subscription will automatically renew at the standard price applicable at that time. Any time-limited benefits from the promotional period will be adjusted accordingly.Example: If a promotional offer includes a 12-month domain subscription with a 3-month free period, at the end of the promotional period, your subscription will renew for the remaining 9 months at the standard price.
  • Cancellation: You can cancel your Promotional Offer anytime before the end of the Promotional Period via the Domain Good Control Panel. After cancellation:
    • Your access to the Service will be revoked at the end of the Promotional Period.
    • Any data or content associated with your account may be permanently deleted.
    • Additional fees may apply to retain any domain name registered under the offer.
